Pros

Call center environment with diverse coworkers.

Cons

This is a 24 hr call center. They change your schedule as they please. Schedules: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, 11am-8pm and over night shift. You get 10 minute break every 2 hours. You are not allow to socialize with co workers outside of the work place and if they find out you get written up. You are micromanaged and they try to control your life outside of the work place.

Pros

Free gym, MARTA card, and dependent on team, working from home (although this seems to be on its way out). Presents itself as laid back, but actually fairly traditional and restrictive.

Cons

No bonus structure for workers, non competitive wages, constant (incessant) organizational restructuring, with no positive outcomes - high turnover, teams move and disintegrate constantly.
