Pros

- Great bright people - Nice headquarters (at least on the main floor) - Convenient location in downtown - Decent 401k match - Interesting products - Easy going, cushy, repetitive. It's pretty easy to come here and coast until you retire for decent pay. It just wasn't the right time in my career to coast. Work-life balance For the entry level roles like mine, it was pretty cushy and easy going. EXTREMELY nice work/life balance! I almost NEVER stayed over. I learned the job, did it quickly and headed out so that I could get home on time. It was easy to arrive between 8 and 9 and expect to go home at 5. Most people packed up and were out by 5. You can get home at a reasonable hour and not take your work home (again if in an entry level role).

Cons

- healthcare plans are quite expensive for PPO - wages are a bit low (but honestly especially for entry levels. Many of them don't require much stress and effort so it balances out) - imbalance in work (if entry level, there are little to no responsibilities and pretty boring after a while; if mid to senior: your work hours might be long) - lack of flexibility/work from home opportunities. One a month goes a long way. But sadly, many of the managers are old fashioned and want to look their team in the face

Pros

Work is pretty easy, I was rarely challenged from the perspective of challenging my mind and how to think. This is good for those who are not interested in personal growth. IT infrastructure, security, and process has a long way to go in terms of maturity.

Cons

Pay is mediocre. Its fine if you are a complacent person expecting little to no real growth. Management is micro-management. People often loop in VPs when they feel like whining or don't get thier way. This place has a long way to go to reach any kind of organizational maturity. At the same time, pay is low, so you get what you pay for in terms of talent aquisition.
