Pros

Team and people were great, Open to new ideas and the implementation of new ideas.

Cons

Parent company in Atlanta, our division was bought from another company so the dynamics were often us against them. Incomm is known for its acquisition of other organizations/divisions, it should have implemented a transition team for both sides. The same was repeated when we acquired another org while employed

Micromanaged and disconnected corporate culture

Pros

Some talented coworkers and decent benefits. The experience can look good on a résumé if you’re early in your career.

Cons

Extremely corporate and rigid environment. Micromanagement is constant, and there’s very little trust or autonomy. The culture feels cold and transactional. Upper management is disengaged and out of touch with day-to-day teams. Growth isn’t encouraged.
