They have competitive salary...when you first start and decent benfits

Cons

IT management has no clue what they are doing. If you work on the IT side, you can rarely take a vacation without someone bothering you

Paid parking, great Atlanta location, on site gym, flexible hours.

Cons

Work from home policy is inconsistent throughout company. Upper management members are either checked out or do not communicate thoroughly with employees. Turnover is high in select departments which makes it difficult to stay motivated.

Nice gym-free....as long as you train yourself to overlook the Incomm logos everywhere.

Cons

Poor management. There also is poor management along with poor management. No vision-off with your head mentality. HR department is large because they can't keep up with people coming and going-including HR! Who is leading Incomm? CTO a Verizon has been.
