      Pros

      I cannot think of a positive reason to work here, other than it is a steady job.

      Cons

      Incomm is a combination of lots of smaller businesses purchased by a larger entity. None are fully integrated, and they are constantly battling each other for importance. HR rules are treated as suggestions. Certain departments are ruled by favoritism, and work life balance is close to impossible.
