      Pros

      In working at InComm you will gain experience in vast areas of I.T.; multiple products, platforms, O.S., applications, and devices. You will not get bored.

      Cons

      High turnover from CTO to Interns. Lack of long term planning. Lack of investing in employees. High stress. Lack of work/life balance.

      Pros

      The organization has a entrepreneurial that embraces creativity, ideas and input from all levels of the hierarchy. The senior leadership pushes the management to be involved and to be in touch with all employees. The benefits are great and the atmosphere in the work space is friendly.

      Cons

      Departmental segmentation of priorities. Many times the departments are not aligned on priorities, therefore creating roadblocks for some projects and opportunities.

      Pros

      The best reason to work at Incomm short term is to learn a different non-technology approach to internal processes.

      Cons

      The lack on technology to manage daily internal processes makes doing a simple task more difficult than necessary. The culture does not inspire collaboration or support between employees. High turn rate and low pay does not make this a long term career path if you're looking to grow and succeed. Exposure to new technology is not here even though they tell you they are a technology company. They're really not.
