      Pros

      This WAS a good company, when we had experienced/QUALIFIED management. We have a gym, and bonuses each year (based on performance).

      Cons

      Sub-par Team Leads and Sudo Management. Cronyism is utilized in most departments which has lead low moral in the co. as a whole, as well as Extremely HIGH TURNOVER.

      Their checks cleared the bank

      When I gave a notice, they refused to honor PTO accrued and back dated my insurance coverage before I gave my notice. I just paid $900 for a infant well visit that I also paid for insurace to cover in my bi weekly paychecks.

      No motivation. You get an occurrence for everything so don't get sick.
