The company pays for parking for all their employees.

Cons

The company does not promote well within the company. They will pay someone else more off the street than a current employee. The company is not structure. There is a lack of training.

Due to the poor management there is an opportunity for the cream to rise to the top. Some management is beginning to understand that.

Cons

Constant revolving door with resources. No one to very few have a big picture of direction.
