Pros

Having recently converted to being a fully remote company, this job has given flexibility to employees and how to manage their day to day.

Cons

Not competitive in pay for similar roles in the market. Little to no growth opportunity and lack of clear development plan for success in your career.

Pros

They provide opportunities to learn and build. Depends on your manager whether you continue to grow. Hybrid schedule is allowed. Interact with other employees regularly. Good starting salaries offered.

Cons

Depending on team or organization there might not be any documentation or runbooks but if your a seasoned individual then you can catch on real quick. Many organizational changes occurred while I was at the company. Some people go without raises for 2 years. Appeared that only way to get a good raise was to change titles. I worked on-call quite a bit and extra hours when not on-call. Company blames fraud activity as reason to not pay more on raises or uses it to lay off people but mgmt still keeps their high pay. Company will fire you without a warning when an example is needed to be made. I know at least 5 people who got fired without any type of warning. No Performance Improvement Plan type of process.
