Pros

The only pro was that they provided me with training to get my next job.

Cons

Co workers were judgmental, managers were pros at micro managing, they underpay for the market, and they encourage bureaucracy and office drama. Toxic working environment.

Pros

Incomm seemed to be a stable company willing to spend money on technology to support the business The people I worked with were helpful I was able to work remotely

Cons

I was only at Incomm for a short time (Few months). I left because for two primary reasons. One, the position didn't match the title. I was hired as a Network Engineer but found the work to be more systems/security/cloud specific. Two, I wasn't a big fan of the new Manager they brought in just after I was hired. Although he was a really nice guy I found him to be a bit of a micro-manager. He loved to have meetings. I think this was his first Management position.

Pros

Entry into the payments industry

Cons

Account managers are held to a higher standard than any other team. They are overworked and will not add headcount no matter what. They are 100% about profits, not people. Leadership puts so many things on the account manager without it being in the job description. If you love micromanaging, this is your place. You can’t do anything without 3-5 approvals, managers want to attend every call. Control is all they want. Conservative politics at its core, zero accommodations for COVID. One leader literally stated “the government can’t hold us down” during a call regarding vaccines. Inclusion / diversity is lacking. Upper management is AWFUL. They will talk down to you, never listen to any feedback, and they do not care about your input. So many “leaders” get completely wasted on company trips…..I witnessed one manager recording another being drunk and making fun of her in a group setting afterwards. Professionalism is not a thing here. The account management team is the most toxic group I have ever worked with. Someone can have such a bad manager, they ask to be moved to another team and InComm PROMOTES the manager. Zero accountability. Very low pay for market - It can be a $20k difference in pay within the same position with the same work experience. The bonus structure is not built around your portfolio. I can’t say this enough - the leadership at this company is toxic, mysogynistic, political, and rude. The health benefits are awful. Just don’t work here.
