Good Starting Point

Pros

-Worked with some great people across multiple teams and departments. -A mix of interesting and challenging engineering problems. -Encouragement of overall learning and skill growth -Remote working and overall time flexibility are great.

Cons

-There is a continuous revolving door of employees, often largely in management or senior roles. This leads to dysfunctional work practices, a decrease in team morale, and an overall breakdown of productivity. -Communication doesn't flow smoothly/accurately between tiers. Managers don't always effectively communicate with their team leads, the engineers on the team, or cross-teams which can create a definite disconnect. This leads to misunderstandings, missed expectations, and frustration at work, specifically with management.

Everything over shadowed by Micro Management and incompetent directors

Pros

Benefits are good - Really good Health Insurance Fully Remote Annual Bonuses

Cons

Micro Management - Especially from Lead/Manager from Devops Team who uses it to hide his own Insecurities. Lead/Manager of Devops creates Blame Culture. Not a very team collaborative environment The Senior Director of Engineering literally knows nothing about Computer Engineering. Too much politics. Toxic Work Environment.

A Dynamic Company With a Meaningful Mission

• Meaningful work: we help keep illicit and dangerous products off the internet • Collaborative culture: co-workers are kind, helpful, and hard-working • Great benefits: competitive salary with solid benefits and generous time off • Remote-optional: be fully remote or come into the office as you choose • Optimal size: while remote work makes it harder to know everyone, the company is small enough to meet most people and feel like you won't get lost

Cons

• Aggressive growth targets can be stressful
