Pros

I've worked at big and small companies and this has been the best working experience I've had to date. The management team are thoughtful and open and actually care about the staff. Morals and values really matter here. Although some people like to weave conspiracy theories about the business the reality is quite simple: we work to keep people and companies safe. I've been here over a year and have no idea what the BBB review is going on about. Sounds like sour grapes. In terms of working environment, the office is modern, we have our own barista and lunch is provided every other Friday. The people here are smart and committed.

Cons

The company is growing really fast and at times it can seem like we're playing catch up. It feels like organization has improved over the past few months. They are starting to get a better handle on growth.

Pros

The Company is growing very fast considering they are not validating information posted.

Cons

The company does not care about getting the story from all the resources it writes about and irresponsibly post names and accusations without validating posted text. They are all about beating the BBB to the Accreditation of a company that is willing to pay them a financial fee. Basically buying their place on the "A credited Internet Provider" Someone should do a thorough job of the "Potential Fraud Scheme " taking place with this company.

Hi, this is John, the CEO. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this review wasn't likely created by an employee or former employee. (The quality of the writing suggests to me that it is probably not a legit review.) As readers may know, we do provide information about fraudulent or illegal websites or merchants to our partners, like Facebook, Amazon, Google, Visa and others, and often it results in the termination of a website or bank (merchant) account. The website operator or merchant understandably gets frustrated, and this language (particularly the BBB portion) was contained in some recent complaints we heard from illicit website operators whose activities got terminated. (They will email us to complain.) And, they've sometimes come back and tried to post negative information about us in forums (etc.) in response. So, while I can't say for sure, my guess is that this review isn't really from an employee. It happens.
