Fine for just starting out, not good for long term or late in career

Pros

Work from home, occasional bonuses, summer fridays, coworkers

Cons

everything else. pay, benefits, training, work processes, workload, organization, communication, and not enough resources to do job effectively.

Since joining the company in June of 2020 we have been very intentional in improving our operational processes, being transparent with communication, and adding a significant amount of staff to keep pace with our growth. We evaluate our total compensation and benefits often to ensure we are competitive in the market and we believe that we are. We will continue to do this as we go forward to support the growth of both our new and long-term employees.

Company culture going downhill

Pros

Remote work, friendly and equally nerdy teammates, get to use the analytical part of your brain.

Cons

Fired some of their best people recently (within the last six months), others leaving like rats from a ship now. Unreasonable and time consuming process just to send one email (that should not take 8 hours). Cracking down on timekeeping for remote workers; makes me worry they might remove the remote option entirely. Despite 90% of the company being fully remote they would rather lose excellent analysts than adapt to a global workforce.

Regarding remote work, we have no plans to change our remote first work environment and continue to hire not only in the US but globally. Our turnover remains very low and employee feedback is positive overall.

-cool coworkers, decent benefits, interesting work, they value diversity, good work life balance

Cons

-compensation is low, upper management is a joke, silo'd teams, political environment, they burn out the high performers
