      Pros

      easy work, stress free The benefits are great but I hear they are getting worse and worse.

      Cons

      You won't learn much here, you won't get promoted, they don't value innovation, they just copy what every one else is doing

      Micromanagement to the Max

      Pros

      Both commissions and base salary are good. They manage to hire excellent support staff so that AEs can do their jobs.

      Cons

      Micromanagement from CEO down creates a negative atmosphere of constant stress for AEs. The goalpost is always changing. Meeting company and management expectations is impossible since the boxes to check are infinite and always evolving. Commission structures change quarterly to meet whims of CEO and upper management. Overall, successful AEs are not given the chance to use their own intelligence and skills to work effectively.

      Training org is top notch, nothing in my review should reflect negatively on them. The value prop

      Cons

      desperate, bleeding revenue, trying to get new reps to stop the bleeding from their past mistakes. WAY to much time spent by each rep looking in the CRM to see if they can call the prospect.
