Pros

Most team members are ok.

Cons

The marketing leadership team will cycle/leave every 3-5 years causing huge disruptions in the marketing roadmap. Large percentages of the sales team also cycles every year.

DO NOT JOIN APAC TEAM

Pros

Generally people are nice in the company, just not the APAC leaders. HQ leaders let APAC leaders do what they want in Asia.

Cons

The management of the APAC team requires significant change. The current leadership, after an unsuccessful attempt at a VP role in success, has transitioned to leading APAC Sales without sufficient product knowledge or sales experience. There is a strong preference for a rigid corporate style, yet punctuality and professionalism are not consistently demonstrated. Additionally, the leadership approach fosters a toxic work environment—while team input is solicited, differing opinions are neither valued nor accepted. Decision-making is unilateral, and those who challenge the status quo risk being removed. The culture does not support diversity of thought, and adaptability is limited. For individuals comfortable with a highly directive leadership style and minimal autonomy, this may be an acceptable environment. However, those who value collaboration, innovation, and inclusive leadership may find the culture challenging.

Pros

One of the pillars of PROS and its unique value proposition is: People. The company is flexible to new changes and comes with great challenges and career opportunities.

Cons

I don't have a con per se, but if I have to mention something: It is fully remote in some cases, but the company looks for opportunities to gather the team several times in the year. So in the end it is good that the company provides this flexibility.

Pros

Great organization that is very inclusive to all, great benefits, great pay and work-life balance

Cons

Sales Development leadership is very poor. The managers are clueless when it comes to managing their people and motivating them. One manager is very narcissistic, always bragging about when she was an SDR (inbound) but fails to get on the phone and demonstrate her "outbound" skills to set appointments, another manager was promoted because she was a colleague of the manager when they both were SDR's, and her people skills are very poor. She micro-manages her team and creates a very negative environment. Upper leadership has been made aware of these managing practices including the Atlanta manager always coming into work late and not interacting with her team. She will come into the office late, close her door and have her back to the team with VERY LITTLE INTERACTION. The Houston Manager plays favoritism and hands out leads to reps that she likes.

Pros

Wonderful, intelligent, passionate people who are driven to succeed. Great products and exciting to work in the AI space. Leadership (overall) at any level and department, is solid and impressive. The C-Level Exec I sit under is exceptional along with his entire leadership team. Company values of Owners, Innovation, Caring aligns well with my own core values. Benefits, overall, are solid. I really enjoy mixing tech know-how with sales to showcase our products to potential customers.

Cons

Medical insurance premiums for employee + spouse are too high (even with the much-appreciated HSA company contribution). Surely there's a less expensive way that still provides great healthcare. I will genuinely miss our current CEO who is retiring soon. He has been an outstanding leader. However, I remain optimistic about the future, as we have a strong track record of finding suitable replacements for various roles.
