      Chaos, lack of training, overpromised growth.

      Pros

      Free lunches, all equipment is provided, rewards in the form of gifts for doing well.

      Cons

      There was a complete lack of training or hands-on learning opportunities from Management. Never got help when I asked for it. Required office hours just to be sent home because someone in the office tested positive for COVID. Extreme amount of favoritism from Management, felt like I was back in college or high school with the amount of cliques and drama between employees. Promised growth with no follow-up. Was lied to on many occasions by Management about many things. Never felt like there was any real "culture". Never felt appreciated, understood, or heard by Management.

      Not Paying Commissions

      Pros

      Great Sales managers. They do try to help us.

      Cons

      Over promise and under deliver on paying employees properly for Commissions. Dozens of people unable to get paid. If they want to go public they need to address how they are breaking current agreements with paying employees on time. It has been 2 months since most of us have received any commissions.

      A fear driven environment

      Pros

      They had free food in the offices.

      Cons

      The company laid off half the staff right after their PPP loan. Massive hot potato on every project. Immature leadership who do not respect women. The good managers, AE's, and SE's have all quit. Employees bow down to the CEO because they fear him. The Chief Customer Officer does as little as possible.
