Pros

nice office and friendly work environment

Cons

The privacy product at Reputation.com simply does not work. The company has been focusing more on controlling online search results, however its methodologies do not deliver results. Therefore most days are spent playing defense.

Business is a joke

Pros

Zero at this stage being honest.

Cons

I am concerned about the current trajectory of the company under the existing executive leadership. There is a visible disconnect between the internal perception of 'innovation' and the reality of our product’s stability. Specifically, the absence of a robust testing framework has resulted in a product that frequently fails to meet client expectations. Furthermore, the leadership culture is characterized by intimidation rather than collaboration. Witnessing unprofessional conduct go unaddressed has led to a significant decline in morale. Finally, the recent restructuring and immediate backfilling of roles suggests a lack of long-term strategic planning, which makes it difficult to recommend this organization as a stable environment for prospective employees. Career progression is currently limited due to stagnant if not shrinking organizational growth/revenue . A high churn rate among key accounts has impacted the budget for departmental expansion, resulting in a lack of upward mobility or new role creation. If you value your career moving forward and value your own self worth, Reputation is not a company to join.

At Reputation.com, we value all opinions and feedback, even the difficult stuff. We are proud of the culture we are creating and believe that happy employees make a great company. There will always be challenges at every workplace and how we address those are very important. Our company continues to grow globally and, like other companies, we have felt the sting of the pandemic. It has caused us to change “how” we work including working remotely, having virtual meetings consistently and communicating more often. We feel that we will continue to change and grow as our business evolves. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your feedback, we appreciate it!
