From so-so to Abysmal

Pros

The biggest pro that warrants a two star is strong brand recognition. Reputation.com was first to market and has a strong foothold in online reputation management. This is a stepping stone and nothing more.

Cons

Turnover galore Weak senior leadership Organizational confusion No process, limited resources, no training Fail fast fire quickly Has much of the negative associations of an unfocused start up and ruthless cost cutting initiatives of a post IPO player with none of the pros that balance the cons. Most staff from 2013 to 2014 have moved on by choice or otherwise. You're ancient at one year of employment. Some talented people remain at the organization but I wonder if virtue, faith, or confusion guides them to play on amidst silicon valleys rms titanic. Frigid water looms large below this temporarily buoyant vessel. I hope they secure a life boat.

Pros

Free lunch 3x a week. (There are a lot of ppl noting this bc it is truly the best thing someone can say about this company).

Cons

Completely dysfunctional and top-down work environment. Sr management makes unilateral decisions and expect all workers to just fall in line (regardless of how results may negatively affect the customer). Products consistently fail to deliver, due to overselling, unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Huge turnover rate – best employees are leaving, and replaced by less talented individuals. HR will comment on these reviews and say 'thanks for your feedback' etc, but it has been provided all along by employees past and present, and nothing new happens.

Pros

Able to work remote and avoid the office drama.

Cons

Revolving door of employees from upper management to entry level sales. No training program. Authoritarian management style, constant program changes, constant department changes, constant layoffs and hirings. Their customer "care" can be best summed up by the phrase, "take the money and run".

We appreciate you taking the time to deliver candid feedback to us, and wish your experience working for Reputation.com had been more positive. As any start-up technology company, we do experience more organizational change than in other industries, but we try to make these changes thoughtfully and with care, especially when changes impact employees. Ultimately, a successful business plan translates to good things for the business and for our employees. With regards to customer care, rapid growth in the business sector over the past year has resulted in a less than ideal experience for some of our business customers. Solving this is one of our top priorities in 2015, and we have made key leadership hires and strides in process improvement over the past three months as a result. We are excited about the positive changes we've made, and hope you have found a role at a company who is equally as dedicated to their employee's and customer's success.
