      Pros

      Good benefits. Option to work from home. Great group of front line service team members. Recharge days - at least 1 extra day a month off in addition to vacation time and holidays. Diverse work force.

      Cons

      Still trying to dig out from mass employee exodus from end of 2021. A lot of pressure to learn everything quickly and with accuracy which is a challenge since the platform is highly technical and has a lot of moving parts to it. Some Management appears to me stressed out and assumes the worst of team members which is unfortunate. Challenges with work life balance.

      Pros

      Being remote is amazing, free lunches sometimes.

      Cons

      The managers are all terrible. You are extremely under-valued and under-appreciated. Under paid. Stressed 24/7. There is zero clear training. There is favoritism here. You’re always scared to lose your job. The worst job I ever had was at this company.
