My favorite thing about working at SharpSpring is the people. Everyone is genuinely kind, friendly and working hard to do their best. They’ve built a culture where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities and successes are celebrated and recognized. I feel that management truly cares about the employees and making an impact in the community.

Cons

The company is growing quickly so with that growth come some growing pains. Employees need to be nimble and flexible, which is not the ideal environment for everyone.

I have learned a tremendous amount in the few years I’ve been here. This is because of both the incredible people that work here and company growth presenting opportunities for me. I genuinely love coming to work - probably because I thrive in a “work hard, play hard” culture. The expectations can be high, but SharpSpring also values work/life balance.

Cons

When a company grows quickly, that can mean that there isn’t as much time as we’d like to plan projects. This can be frustrating on the execution side but everyone is super collaborative and we find a way to get things done.
