Pros

Great work environment and people. Collaborative teams in every area. Everyone willing to help no matter the task. No politics. Nimble company. Decisions are made quickly and teams are open to trying new things.

Cons

Plan to hit the ground running. Everyone works with a sense of urgency but there is plenty of fun to be had. Think "work hard" / "play hard." You are given the opportunity to fail, learn and get better at what you do. Learning new things may take you out of your comfort zone, but the growth of the company and the flexibility of the work environment gives you plenty of opportunities to move around.

Everyone here is driven and committed to others' success. It's nice to be a part of a team that can be serious but also have fun while working and contributing to the platform! The company is in a period of enormous growth and the new Gainesville headquarters is amazing. In addition to the professional opportunities, the company does a lot of stuff like catered lunches and occasional volunteer opportunities to keep the cohesiveness flowing between departments. Overall, great atmosphere, friendly people, and a good balance of work and fun!

Cons

Some of the staff can be overburdened with projects to keep the train moving while others aren't utilized enough. Everyone is open to feedback and willing to help overcome this though. Training can also be overlooked in favor of newer projects and higher-level ideas from the CEO. Overall though, not too different from other fast-growing startups.
