Pros

Fun people, great culture, passionate workers who take great pride in what the produce and achieve. I enjoy coming to work every day because I know I make a difference in the lives of the people I interact with. From applicants to employees, I love engaging with everyone, and regardless of department, we are all here under one roof working for a common goal.

Cons

The company is larger than any team I have interacted with previously. I wish I could get to know everyone as well as I know our applicants. As we grow, our building shrinks - but I look forward to our move to a larger space this fall.

Great culture(I know how "buzzwordy" that is, but's true). Friendly co-workers with an emphasis on teamwork. Hard work is not only recognized but rewarded. Promote from within.

Cons

As with any start up things can change rapidly, so you have to be able to adapt at a similar pace. New project specifications can be poorly put together/planned at times.
