Pros

I took this position after freelancing because I missed the team spirit that spurs creativity and learning. SharpSpring has exceeded those expectations ten-fold. Everyone here is passionate about the product and works incredibly hard. I trust my team to approach each challenge with no stone unturned to find the best UX solution for our users.

Cons

Meeting space is limited and the open work space makes it hard to concentrate at times.

The people there are some of the hardest-working people I know. People are passionate about they do and want to deliver great experiences to customers.

Cons

The CEO is the worst leader there is. He only cares about himself and treats people terribly. I felt so ashamed of seeing the way he treats people. The leadership is afraid of doing what's right because the CEO controls them.
