The company is full of hard-working staff, and it's refreshing to work alongside so many peers who are hustling as hard as you are. SharpSpring has developed a culture of employees who genuinely care about the company and our customers, which directly results in high collaboration and high-quality work. I truly can't imagine leaving my team at SharpSpring, and every day in the office presents a new and exciting challenge. There are also huge growth opportunities at SharpSpring -- I've been promoted every year I've been with the company, which is something you simply can't get at other employers in town. The senior management team maintains an open-door policy and genuinely appreciates feedback and opinions from every team member, so you can always feel like your voice has an outlet.
