Best Company Culture I Have Ever Experienced

Pros

They value their employees and really invest in helping everyone succeed. When the pandemic hit, they bought everyone the equipment they would need to work from home and allowed people to continue working remote. Even jobs that had never been approved for remote work in the past. They are dedicated to being as transparent and open about company operations and strategy as then can.

Cons

They are navigating rapid changes in the pharmaceutical industry and had to do some restructuring recently. They made the right choices and will be growing rapidly again soon I am sure!

Other than being able to work remotely, ultimately there were no pros.

Cons

Equiscript says it treats employees like family and is committed to its mission, but it seems only when they are making a lot of money. When times got tough, they laid off over 50 employees during a zoom call on a Tuesday after telling people the Thursday before that lay offs were not happening soon. Within minutes of being told we were let go access to our computers was disabled and we were basically virtually escorted out of the company. Is that how you treat family? And they add to upper management, while laying off the little guy. Very sad.

Cons

Management preaches transparency but completely lied to employees when directly asked about possible layoffs. Laid off people in a meeting with everyone else. Couldn’t even be bothered to do it one on one. Treated the group like cattle to slaughter. Provided no reason as to who was chosen either
