Pros

Equiscript has a great team that cares about each other and the company's success. It is a growing company that serves patients who benefit from having someone care about them. The CEO and CFO are there every day and they are accessible and involved with what's going on. Every employee at this company is important and every employee at Equiscript has the opportunity to learn and grow with the company.

Cons

Part of the business model includes a lot of change, and that can be difficult for some people.

Pros

Equiscript has a great team environment. While we work in different departments we are all a part of the same team with the same Cause -"To improve access to healthcare in the communities we serve". While there are many different roles, we all understand the part we play in our Cause. Equiscript has a great new office on the old navy base, the work environment is friendly and professional. The company has a flex-time policy and a very generous time off policy that makes it easy to work hard and take time off. Equiscript invests in training - which has been very important to everyone here. Tons of opportunity as the company is expanding and adding new service lines. The new office is convenient for almost everyone's commute. Compensation is good for the Charleston area. Most positions seem to have a base with a performance based bonus.

Cons

The company is still growing so there are times when we have to work to improve an important process - this can be frustrating, but our training helps and the team is dedicated to improvement. Its not a huge company, so performance matters for everyone - which is good for team members that have like to work hard - but not so good for anyone that likes to fly below the radar. It is not a place for people with a low work drive for sure.
