Equiscript truly takes care of their employees. The leadership team fosters a high paced competitive environment in which top performers are rewarded for their accomplishments. The Human Resources team is great at employee engagement and the culture of the company is consistent throughout each department. Both the CEO and CFO of the Equiscript take time to know the employees and do not see each employee as just a number. Everyone in the company is held to high standards and that is why the company is successful.

Cons

Perhaps it would be good for them to invest in e-learning for career and personal development.
