Pros

You meet the occasional good person and make a friend, PTO

Cons

Multiple layoffs since 2020 and those that don’t get laid off end up resigning. People that wanted to bring beneficial change to the company either left or were let go. Processes change every week because they’re just trying to find something that works in the moment. You’re constantly fighting fire after fire. The data quality is crap so patients get inconsistent or delayed information and you don’t have all the info you need. People are in management positions with no relevant experience, blind leading the blind. Leadership plays favoritism. Patients are considered based on their value so gone are the days of “we take care of the patient”. This used to be a company where you could be proud of the work. Now it’s hard to be proud of work that leaves patients without medication and employees feeling miserable.

Pros

The flexible pto policy would be a pro if management did not make you feel guilty when you use pto, and then punish you when you don’t meet goals when you decide to take pto

Cons

The company has 2 rounds of massive layoffs. Not due to Covid, but due to financial issues. The way they handled the layoffs was ruthless and out of the blue. They are now making agents who were remote, to come back to the office in the middle of a pandemic and a recession. On top of everything, they constantly are increasing their metrics and they continue to make the commission/ bonus structure more unattainable. The base pay is also way below industry standards

Company culture, benefits, independent work environment.

Cons

Company culture is a farce, benefits are terrible for a health care facing company and management micromanaging employees but are unaccountable.

We are glad that you find our culture, benefits and independent work environment a pro of working for our company. Culture changes when everyone goes remote, its a struggle many companies face. We are working to build it every day. Please consider company culture is driven by employees and leadership, not just leadership. You have a role in building company culture as well. For a thriving positive culture everyone must be a contributor.
