Company has a great mission and its leaders are passionate about sucess. There is a great team environment. It is an exciting place to work. At the end of every day we know that we have helped someone. Its is nice to have a job with a purpose

Cons

The company is still young and does not have all of the processes and procedues it needs. While this can be for a person that likes new companies, people looking for highly defined job roles can become frustrated with the constant changes.
