Pros

Equiscript has created a unique niche in the market. The team is very dedicated and super-competent. The leadership is very engaged in growing the business. They treat their employees with respect and positions there are a great opportunity to learn and advance.

Cons

Equiscript is young and aggressive. There is no "riding the bus" as everyone has high goals and compensation is directly linked to performance. With companies of this size, duties can change as company goals shift, so you have to be adaptive and have a good attitude - or you wont make it!

Equiscript is a great place to work. The people are great, and management operates with integrity. You really feel that you are part of the team and valued for the work you do. There are fun events, such as happy hours and competitions that encourage fun and interaction with your coworkers.

Cons

It is a small company, so you need to be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment, which can be challenging.
