This company is a joke. There are no leads to be called, but the micromanagement has exponentially increased since I first started. There is no sense of accountability in this company. If goals are not met or someone isn’t doing their job, nothing gets done to fix it. I’m not exactly sure what the upper management does except sit in seemingly unproductive meetings all day. Supervisors are allowed to be catty and petty (Pharmacy Relations in particular). If you want to work hard, hit your goals, have no chance to advance in your career and make less than half of what you’re told you will make- this is your job!

The CEO and CFO truly value the staff and what we do. You are helping people every day and you truly make a difference on both a personal level with our patients but on a larger level as well. Our company gives back to the Clients that we contract with to help expand access to care in their communities. The passion and love that the leadership represents is exuded every day and trickles down to all employees.
