      -Get to help military families live the life they deserve -You are in control of your schedule -Get paid your worth, you control compensation -Sharing stories and experiences with military families is awesome

      Cons

      -Pay is not guaranteed but not a concern if you truly care about your/our mission -Humans...they are fascinating. Know they should do "x" but won't because Starbucks. Can only help those who want to be helped! -If interacting with humans is not your thing, may have difficulty

      If you're not a self-starter and don't want to work hard for the mission, your pay is directly related to your willingness to engage and coach military families.
