Pros

I have joined FSL as a fresher, now I'm promoted as a Quality analyst within 2 years of span. Ops management are very professional, friendly and very supportive. Especially our boss James Solomon encourages a lot and he is very transparent and humble, including TL's recognise and promotes me to next level. Overall, I'm very happy to work with my team. Highly recommend

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We have the opportunity to grow and advance quickly, as demonstrated by team members moving from fresher roles to Quality Analyst positions within just two years. Team leads also play a key role in recognizing and promoting talent, contributing to overall employee satisfaction. We acknowledge that transportation can be a challenge for some employees, and while cab facilities are structured as per business requirements,

Pros

Nothing about it. Too much shift rotation.

Cons

The company's managers are literally crazy. It works on monarchy. No organized organization. Tried buying out and due to their miscommunication it's been 5 months no relieving letter upon emailing they ask to pay more. They are not even sure if I submitted the assets. Ex manager had to step in. It's all a fuss.

Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand that frequent shift rotations, though often based on business requirements, can be challenging for employees, and we already have schedule regarding the shifts. We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you faced during your exit process, including delays in receiving your relieving letter and communication gaps. This is not the experience we want any employee to have, and your feedback will be shared with the relevant teams to improve our exit and asset clearance processes.

FSL Journey

Pros

My journey with FSL has been truly transformative. I began my career as an Agent, and through dedication and continuous learning, I was given the opportunity to step into the role of SME QA just a year later. This experience was pivotal—it not only deepened my understanding of quality assurance but also prepared me for the next big step in my career. Becoming an SME QA was more than just a title; it was a chance to grow, to lead, and to contribute in a more meaningful way. The skills and insights I gained during this time were instrumental in helping me secure the QA position I had always aspired to. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and support I received from my leaders throughout this journey. What stands out most is the encouragement I consistently received from leadership. Their belief in my potential pushed me to aim higher and achieve more. Their guidance and mentorship have been key drivers in my professional development, and I carry those lessons with me every day. I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what lies ahead. FSL has not only helped me grow professionally but has also inspired me to keep striving for excellence.

Cons

While my journey with FSL has been largely positive and filled with growth opportunities, there are a few areas where I believe improvements could enhance the overall experience for employees: Communication Gaps At times, there can be a lack of clear and timely communication regarding changes in processes, expectations, or updates from leadership. More transparency and regular updates would help align everyone and reduce confusion. Career Progression Clarity Although I was fortunate to progress in my role, the path to promotion or role changes isn’t always clearly defined for everyone. A more structured and transparent career development plan could help others navigate their growth more confidently. Workload Management There are periods when the workload can become overwhelming, especially during transitions or peak seasons. Better workload distribution and support during high-demand times would help maintain work-life balance and prevent burnout. Recognition and Feedback While leadership is supportive, consistent recognition and constructive feedback across all teams could be improved. Regular acknowledgment of efforts and clear feedback loops can boost morale and performance. Training and Development More frequent and updated training sessions—especially when new tools or processes are introduced—would empower employees to adapt quickly and perform more effectively.
