Pros

Pros in favor of  Payment right on time as on the last business working day.  Subsidized bill at the cafeteria  Friendly and helpful HR  You can see cluster of employees here and there.  Sanitation is extremely good.  Zero tolerance on sexual advancement, Prevention of Sexual harassment is in place.  Recognition on quarterly basis to the one that deserve.  Bunk beds are provided for the employees’ convenience.  Honey mooning period is around 90 days.

Cons

 Cab does not leave on time (they drive freakily fast and the most surprising part is, woman employees encourage rash driving. Pillion drivers don’t give a damn on who complains or their life is at risk). If you report to the transport department, little can be done if there is no soul that cares about life is at risk. Peace!!  Don’t be surprised the fact, the water flowing out the taps are re used. They can look different but definitely odorless.  People do not throw in the cigarette buds on where it should be, it’s a mess and creates a bad image on FSL.  Bunk beds can be misused, I do see people sleep with no prior permission, so don’t be surprised.

Also, we have a set process to follow to use the bunker beds – only permitted employees can use that facility.
