The manager and team here are incredibly supportive, always willing to help and guide whenever needed. The positive environment makes it easier to handle daily challenges. The HR team is a real game changer they are approachable, proactive, and truly care about employee well-being, which sets this company apart from others.

Cons

If you complete your work on time and meet expectations, there are practically no cons to worry about. However, if deadlines are missed or tasks are left incomplete, then challenges and consequences come into play.

Job security is there they will never remove you insted transfer

Cons

Fake promises done we were working in the chat department which got rammed down so they ask to work for same process in voice condition was that we will get 10k extra insentive as we were transfree from chat to voice and was said after 3 month we will have hr discussion and will give the same on paper as per performance but after 3 months they didnt give us any thing onpaper and told we are over staff so we will decrease that extra incentive from 10k to 5k and you will get onpaper salary in july ssly managment is fukcd up they dont have any humanity
