Pros

People are very good to work with Everyone knows their job well Good benefits including matching RRSP if you take advantage My manager and director were very good, understood all the tools and processes. Very good work environment

Cons

Senior managers that run Canada in Mississauga are clueless. They shut down the call center in Richmond, BC but not one even came to say bye or tell us in person. Its funny because they want to be an employer of choice but can't look at their employees in the eye and tell the truth. Nobody will admit it but they are going to shut down the Richmond, BC office and move everyone (if they will go) to Ontario. The owner of the company is in the US, probably doesn't know what is going on in Canada. Never been to the Canadian offices.

Pros

The restaurants in the area

Cons

Treated like a child. Had to lock up all belongings. No cell phones. 12 buck an hour. Crazy hours . By far the second worst place I've ever worked. I was so happy when my agency called me and told me they didn't want me to come back
