      The company is very focused on sales and does everything possible to enable sales on the front end.

      Cons

      The company is very focused on sales, which sometimes translates into less than elegant solutions to meet dates. By itself, this would not be an issue if effort was made to shore these up over time, which does not seem to be a priority.
