Pros

Rita's Italian Ice comes to the office a couple of times a year. You may get the chance to work with cool brands and work from home.

Cons

InComm's entire strategy is run off the egos of its senior leadership. These strategic decisions result in poor company performance that results in very limited promotions and pay increases for junior level employees. The best way to accelerate your career within the organization is to always say "Yes" as opposed to one who brings their own ideas to the table, and even in cases where you do move up you may find that the skills and experiences you are developing are limited compared to what you may get at other companies, stunting your overall career growth. Leadership creates a high stress environment that is simply not a great place to work.

A good start, but hard to move around

Pros

Good fair pay, plenty of training and learning opportunities within your department, casual environment for the most part, apparently they treat their interns well

Cons

If you start at the bottom, get comfy there. They would rather move existing management around to different roles every few months than take the risk of promoting someone. The constant restructuring also makes job security very shaky, especially at lower levels.
