      Pros

      aggressive in approach to innovate...if they can't create they acquire has shown loyalty to employees who have longevity at company diverse product offering very good benefits CEO is smart & shrewd

      Cons

      CEO surrounded by "yes" men "Boys" club mentality Some senior executives are closed off from reality lack of training or support

      Pros

      Benefits package (insurance plan, 401k and paid time off is competitive). Pay is competitive, but that may not be the case in every departments.

      Cons

      Depending on which department you work in, there may be no room for growth or advancement. There are no raises based on merit, or bonus systems. There are only minor 1-3% cost of living raises once a year.
