DO NOT work for IDS (InComm Digital Solutions)

Pros

Management is a group of uneducated drinking buddies - Easy to consider work a joke and get hammered at events as long as they have accepted you as their own and you don't ask any questions.

Cons

At InComm you can get promoted in first 6 months, be loved by your clients and coworkers, and then be let go OVER THE PHONE the Friday before a 6 day vacation (48 hours of earned PTO) with NO PAYOUT. Management is a group of uneducated drinking buddies and the director is unbelievably dishonest and undependable - will never come in or join your calls, shows up to work and client events a hung-over mess, even talks trash about others in the group to direct reports. This reckless environment is that of a start-up, but InComm has been around for 25 years and has 2500 employees – You’d think they would have a few things figured out by now. There is no onboarding. There is no communication. There is no daily support, and there is no room for innovation or new ideas! Lastly, you will be promised an easy bonus plan that you probably won’t see for 6 months into the year, and will have laughable NR#s to achieve. Good luck continuing your job search!

Pros

When you are doing your bosses work, you get noticed by other departments. 4 weeks vacation, IF you make it 4 years. I thought it was great that they sent me a new iPhone after I left company.

Cons

You will never get promoted at Incomm; management tells you that you should change jobs within the company every 1.5 years, but your boss won’t let you move up. You are getting them promoted, so why would they want you to leave. Your boss will actually laugh at you if you ask about your future at the company and then tell you that you won’t amount to anything. Very high turnover, lots of bullying, and manipulation. Managers send you late night messages on Skype, make promises they can’t keep, bother you on vacation, call you constantly to complain about Incomm customers such as Sam’s Club, call them idiots in emails. Pay is horrible; if you are lucky to get bonuses, be prepared to lose one or two due to lack of training on your inept managers part. Incomm Conference calls are a bashing of internal employees mixed with “where did you vacation this weekend?” Senior VP’s sound like pre-schoolers and blame all departments to make themselves look good. Incomm is Hunger Games and Mean Girls mixed with some Funny Farm and GroundHog Day. Before you waste an hour filling out their horrible online job application, please beware, you were warned.

Pros

This review is about the Atlanta corporate HQ - not the call centers or the remote locations Friendly people INTELLIGENT people (they really make sure to hire the best) Flexibility Good pay and benefits Relaxed Wardrobe (can wear jeans if you'd like) Fun culture: treat days, games days, etc. Downtown Location near everything

Cons

When Americas Mart is happening the traffic is horrendous. Luckily that's only a few times a year.
