      Pros

      This WAS a good company, when we had experienced/QUALIFIED management. We have a gym, and bonuses each year (based on performance).

      Cons

      Sub-par Team Leads and Sudo Management. Cronyism is utilized in most departments which has lead low moral in the co. as a whole, as well as Extremely HIGH TURNOVER.

      Pros

      Management works well with employees. They provide the tools and support needed as well empower you to be successful. Company is on the leading edge of technology. Has a fast moving environment that keeps you engaged.

      Cons

      Only con is the elimination of my department. It was a sound business decision based on moving the resources to the higher priority that the Field Support department did not touch.
