      Pros

      Over the 10 years of working at this comepany, the only pros I have are the friends I’ve made.

      Cons

      The management was terrible. Felt like a prison with arbitrary rules and company policies put in place to control employees. We weren’t allowed to eat candy at our desks. Candy?!!! It was so absurd. Employees would get written up simply for leaving their sweaters in the break room.

      Convient location. Headquarters located near major downtown attractions

      Cons

      Finance department is headed by a closed off few who are unwilling to communicate. Mid level management is poor due to managers leading based off fear from the top. If you're in IT you're probably safe.

      Pros

      The GM in the Portland office is smart and caring. However, he's limited in power by the Atlanta leadership. Staff within the Portland office is great as well, but also limited in influence.

      Cons

      Incomm is led by a nepotistic team from Atlanta. Staff are treated as disposable commodities. Yelling and cursing at employees is the norm. The company is extremely tight fisted, while the majority shareholder flaunts his new yacht(s).
