Carries a large portion of the market share for their industry. Promote from within mentality. Solid benefits. There is still a lot of room for this company to continue to grow. There have been many positive aquisitions in their recent past as well as organic growth.

Cons

Organizational communication could be better. Moving from a start-up to a more mature company.

Always learning new things and most of the people that I interacted with were friendly. They have company functions such as team spirit week and also volunteer month

Cons

Management doesn't know what they're doing or just lazy and the pay that the offer is much lower than the market pay range. Not quite organized with it comes to processes.
