Pros

PTO is able to roll over from one year to another and you are allowed to use PTO time before it is accrued. Health insurance is basic coverage but can be pricey for families Relaxed working environment Long training process that allows you to feel competent before they make you work on your own.

Cons

Not much room for upward mobility or development within the company They try to run their employees thin and see how much they can do without increasing pay

Pros

When you have the right manager fighting for you and the team, everything is possible. A healthy lifestyle is promoted by the company with the gym, exercise class options, and fitness challenges through the year.

Cons

Each management team and style is different. Some departments/ teams are allowed to work from home one or more days. Other teams are not given a work from home option unless there is a personal emergency. I have found that some managers are too involved and do not support their teams to lead nor provide suggestions.
