Company is growing so quickly they are running out of space.

Management is terrible and clueless when it comes to ensuring that all team members are properly trained are working their full hours. A lot of employees get away with not doing their jobs properly.

Executive management in IT is highly reactionary and cannot keep up with their own directives. The top priority/end of the world issue/drop everything project changes like the weather. Add constant re-orgs to that and you are set up for failure out of the gate. IT Operations leadership has ethics issues, leadership issues, competency issues and they are completely and arrogantly oblivious to any of this. This is "leadership" that consistently blames the troops for their own failures and is so disrespectful that technicians are openly referred to as "burger flippers". You can see how they refer to the Network team in the interview review someone else left on InComm IT. I wasn't shocked to read that one. This "leadership" in IT Operations is hands down the worst experience I have encountered in any working environment.

Bad: Depending on your role, team mates can be unimaginative, un-supportive, gossip fest, favoritism, and it can go on. Team was without a manager for about 60% of my time there, which often times was challenging to talk about career direction and other work related issues without going to lead or HR. You could easily do 10% of work, and the other 90% goof off, chill, take long lunch, and relax without being noticed. Ugly: no respect for fellow coworkers, lack of leadership, direction, or communication from CEO. I worked there for 2 years and not *once* did I receive any communication from the CEO. The CTO does his best to communicate, but often times, it's about the irresponsibility of a few co workers, but that's not enough. There are a lot of mediocrity at Incomm and the one's that take the initiative quickly realize why there is a high turn over as well as look for other positions.

Disconnect between entry-level staff and upper management, lack of clarity in pecking order for assigned team tasks, total lack of training program and support for those employees new to the prepaid business

Sales seems to run the business. Whenever sales has a solid lead, projects are initiated and work begins to make the new client happy. This is premature sometimes as the overall cost benefit ratio does not always seem to matter. Lack of Industry Procedures hurts projects. There does not seem to be a set list of procedures that are followed and checklists maintained. Teams rush in and the "that is the way we do it here" seems to be the process. It is improving, but it is taking time.

The company is growing very fast so organizational structure or process can change very quickly. It is sometimes hard to keep up with what's happening outside your immediate department. The management team is starting to do a better job of communicating vision, but it's not always clear.

Some interactions with the larger parent company can be slow/frustrating. Compensation lacks equity component. If you're a "heads-down" kind of person, the open atmosphere can get distracting at times (requires headphones).

Lacking leadership, expensive healthcare benefits, the different teams/divisions work in silos - don't talk to each other, lack of process. Not a great place to work for those that are very process oriented. Internal promotions/growth unlikely. Constant re-organizations.
