      Apathetic management and attitude towards quality

      Pros

      Wonderful peers though we have lost a great many through the turmoil of leadership changes.

      Cons

      VP and directors in the product development group have much to learn about motivating and leading teams. Managers hide behind their desks (assuming they are even in the office) and email while leaders are involved with and within their teams.

      - ability to work remote - not the worst job

      Cons

      Product quality isn't a primary focus. Lots of international development while domestic still struggles. Middle management is lackluster and often unprofessional. States we make fair payment but employees ask for better pay constantly.

      Product quality isn't a primary focus Middle management is lackluster The testing of the products and fixtures are laughable
