- Very Flexible remote work policy. - Management respects and appreciates you. - Hard work and overtime is recognized. - Pay is competitive.

Cons

- Work is a little repetitive. - Time off policy is fair, but has too many rules. - Schedule changes can take weeks or months to be put in to place.

Nice people, small enough to make a difference, company has actual real world positive impact, compensation is fair for the position, management works with employees to improve, strong work-life balance, employee owned, insulated sector so not as vulnerable to economic swings

Cons

PTO could be better, usual pains of a merged company, benefits could be a little better but aren't terrible
