Pros

- mostly a 9-5 job in terms of hours you're expected to work - Some team members are very talented and great at what they do - great product and awesome dev/ customer support teams

Cons

- Few opportunities for advancement even after being at SharpSpring for many years - Leadership plays favorites and even if you reach out asking for assistance they are unlikely to help you - If you're hoping for more than just "flying under the radar" in a career, consider other opportunities with another company. They don't invest in mentoring or training their people. - The culture was toxic: lots of gossiping behind others backs, lack of guidance from many of the higher ranking leaders. -If someone got in the way of the CEO or suggested entrepreneurial ideas that would help, they were often seen as trouble and even fired in several scenarios. -Not everything about SharpSpring is bad but I would highly recommend assessing all your options and discussing your career aspirations with them before committing to working there.

Pros

- Pay is good for the area - Cool perks like free lunches and free drinks at buzz events - Willing to invest in technology - Very "9-to-5" culture

Cons

- Typical "good ol' boys club". If you contradict leadership, no matter how right you are, pack your bags. - Management hires well-qualified employees with expertise, then ignores their advice and continues to do things the way they've been doing them. - PMs have too much involvement in decisions best left to department heads. - After every negative review on Glassdoor, management has an obvious shill post a positive review so they can bury any discontent. (Check the full review history, you'll see that it's true.)

Pros

None just stay away from this place

Cons

Don't waste your time, low pay and is run like a frat house. Racism is easy to see in corporate structure. Leaving in a few months before I lose my mind
