Long list that wouldn’t fit this page. 1. Abusive - due to c suites and senior leaders ignorance and selfishness, talented team members completes impossible work loads to operate properties. 2. Liars - doesn’t deliver what they offer. Blame and scam people for their own benefit. 3. Leaders would frame others to shift focus on them who are performing poorly and even theft. 4. Leaders would sacrifice their team for their own per$$$$onal benefits. 5. Bullies - make team members lives miserable to gain power. So many name calling and deceit. 6. Ignorance - poor experience and knowledge. Did not learn anything from this company. 7. Unfair - Don’t expect to be accurately and fairly evaluated. Politics and staying in their position and future roles are their priority. 8. Fake - what you see is not what you get. Shiny but rotting on the inside. 9. Unstable - poor foundation, poor structure. 10. Discrimination - hire and retain people they work with in the past or their friends. Don’t expect to be hired and promoted because you are qualified.
