Pros
Have been with Sentral for over a year and while there are some challenges with a start up, I have truly felt valued as a team member. Overall teammates have been welcoming and inclusive. The company is open to new ideas and is forward-thinking. Associates have autonomy to run down new tech and other items that may add value to residents and or associates. Culture is diverse, however there could be more focus on building a wellness program. Benefits are great, 401K match, Great PTO, and employer paid medical. No issues with leadership – Leadership has always been approachable and willing to work through challenges. Currently the People team is working to formalize growth plans and ensure there is appropriate career pathing. Yes, last year has been difficult but the pipeline is strong and overall, I feel the company is moving in the right direction.
Cons
Work-Life Balance at times can be tough but truly depends on the work cycle. Active work is being done to drive automation which will help on the reporting front. Company has invested in PMS system which will drive less manual reporting. As mentioned earlier wellness benefits could us a focus.
